With the pandemic she admits she lost some of her routine and disciple on what she needed to do to recalibrate her compass back to health habits.
Remember, you didn't get to where you are overnight, so don't focus on the short-term results. Little by little each day you can become the person you are destined to be and in turn, be a positive role-model for the next generation.
Life is a journey and we are all in it for the long haul. As long as you have your health you can achieve what you set out to do. Reward yourself for your effort. Focus on the bigger picture and realize that you can do this. Decide today who is in control of your life!
