This is absolutely unbelievable. In his book, As a Man Thinketh, James Allen unlocks the key to the power of thought. I know we've all seen the movie the Secret and we've all heard the motivational speakers talk about it and we've all went, what?
In this book James Allen explains in a very clear specific detail why our thoughts matter. I never understood this until I read this book. And guess wha? t I keep reading it, again, again, and again.
The soul attracts that which it secretly harbours; that which it loves, and also that which it fears.
This episode is all about the effect of thought and circumstances. If your life is not going in the direction you want you might have to change your mind. You are causing your circumstances. And I know that's hard to believe, but it happened to me so now I believe it's real. Is it happening to you? What is going on in your life?
Frustrated and depressed, are you discouraged? Suffering is always the effect of wrong thought in some direction. It is an indication that the individual is out of harmony with their self. Are you out of harmony are you out of alignment. This episode is for you.

Don't pretend anything is Stopping you. That's what Marcus Aurelius wrote in his journal to meditate upon. That was around A.D. 161 - and nothing has changed.
"The intellect and logos are able to make their way through anything in their path - by inboard capacity or sheer force of will. Keep before your eyes the ease with which they do this..."
We all have amazing thinking skills that need to be exercised in order to maintain self control. Don't allow your emotions to overpower your intelligence.
